By road: From the Tower Bridge direction of London: 1. Follow the signs to Tower Bridge (North Embankment) 2. At Tower Bridge, take East Smithfield Road towards the City Airport 3. Proceed through the Limehouse link tunnel following signs to Royal Docks 4. Continue to follow the signs to City Airport 5. First roundabout after the tunnel (Esso garage) bear right and take Lower Lea Crossing 6. At next roundabout, take second exit onto Silver Town Way. 7. Continue to follow the signs to City Airport 8. At next roundabout, take first exit and proceed straight across to the Connaught Crossing. The Excel site will be visible on your left. 9. At the next roundabout - Connaught Roundabout (after the bridge), take the right exit to next roundabout - Royal Albert Roundabout. 10. At this roundabout - take the last exit that leads to the underpass, up to ExCeL (sign says Works Access, marked on road) 11. At next roundabout take 3rd exit signposted City Airport 6. Next roundabout take 2nd exit signposted City Airport 7. Follow road all way to end and take the first exit left, signposted City Airport 8. Next roundabout - straight across and over Connaught Bridge 9. CANCELLATION POLICY: At least 24 hours before the day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the full cost of reservation will be charged.
COMMENTS: Sunborn Yacht Hotel has 52 designated parking places opposite the Hotel's main entrance. The tariff for the designated car parks is: 10 GBP per 24 hours.
In addition (if Sunborn car parks are full) ExCeL have drawn up a simple procedure for all visitors and exhibitors to go by. You are advised to Pre-book as this guarantees a place in the two on-site car parks. By Pre-booking you will also receive a 20% discount on the normal tariff rate. There is a Pre-booking deadline of ten working days prior to the event. Disabled parking bays are available in all car parks. The normal tariff applies to all disabled parking; there is no discount available. However there are 12 free disabled bays situated in the East Car Park, but these spaces cannot be booked and are available on a first come first served basis.
Motorbikes can park for free. The tariffs for the car parks are: 17 GBP per 24 hours.
