About Ossett : : |

Ossett is an old industrial town in West Yorkshire, England. It is located in the Wakefield Metropolitan District, half-way between the towns of Dewsbury, to the west, and Wakefield, to the east. St. Ignatius Church is the only Roman Catholic Church in Ossett, it was built in 1878. The Salvation Army is now the only Christian church with its building in Gawthorpe.
